Ramon followed a four year course in environmental sciences with geology, botany and chemistry as majors at Potchefstroom university followed by a four year course at Stellenbosch with winemaking and viticulture as majors.  He has nine years experience in winemaking.  He’s focused on learning from Lestevenie’s terroir and continually adapting practices to offer you a product worthy of its potential.
