This "method champenoise" sparkling wine is produced using the traditional method, with 9 months of second fermentation in the bottle for the beautifully fine bubble formation. This light yellow straw-coloured Sauvignon Blanc/Sémillon blend has rich floral notes of apple and chamomile which continues on the palate with hints of white fruit like apple and pear. It is dry yet fruity and perfect as an aperitif or with seafood.

The vines of this Sauvignon Blanc/Sémillon dry white blend are grown in clay soils facing east-west for lots of sun exposure.  It has hints of white pear and gooseberry with a creamy and aromatic pallet.  Serve chilled with green salad, seafood or as an aperitive.

A beautiful deep purple coloured Merlot Cabernet blend with notes of ripe cherry and floral accents on the nose.  The palate adds a herbal edge and some slightly prominent tannins.  Uncork for spicy food.

Traditionally styled Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Merlot blend, matured in French oak. Nose of ripe black fruit with a subtle oaky touch.  Palate is balanced with a polished tannins.  Serve at room temperature.  Ideal with red meats or chocolate.

This  single variety Sémillon was vinified from grapes originating from vines that are 80 years old to create a wonderful butterscotch, pear and apricot fragrance and a rich taste.  Serve chilled with sea food and oysters.

An unoaked Merlot and Cabernet dry red blend.  Hints of red fruit on the nose and the palate has very soft tannins with a hint of sweet red fruit..  A great table wine.  Serve at room temperature.

This refreshing new red blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, and Merlot has a beautiful light red color with a dark pink haze. The nose of strawberry and vanilla candy continues and produces an aromatic, slightly vegetal taste of berries with very light tannins. It has good length and balance and is perfect for any occasion. An ideal summer red wine that can be served chilled.
